As a family-owned business, Srodek’s makes over 35 varieties of pierogi, incredibly good sausages, and a large selection of Polish candies, jams, beers, and other hard-to-find Polish treats. A few years ago, Srodek’s celebrated the grand opening of its new location in Sterling Heights, MI which featured 16,000 square feet of market, restaurant, and microbrewery on Mound Road.
