Are you curious about the floors under where the sausage is made? Srodek's Campau Quality Sausage, Co. has been the best in all things Polish food since 1981. As a family-owned business, Srodek’s makes over 35 varieties of pierogi, incredibly good sausages, and a large selection of Polish candies, jams, beers, and other hard-to-find Polish treats. A few years ago, Srodek’s celebrated the grand opening of its new location in Sterling Heights, MI which featured 16,000 square feet of market, restaurant, and microbrewery on Mound Road.

The Solution:

This new facility included a large sausage and food production area that required a durable and thermal shock-resistant flooring system. The owner selected Resinwerks’ BioCem MF urethane cement for enhanced protection against heavy traffic and constant cleaning with hot water. Multiple colors were used to help provide separation within the different areas in the production space.
