HDC 100 is a heavy-duty, 2-component, moisture-cured urethane topcoat system that incorporates an optional ultra-fine aggregate to provide maximum durability. Available in both a standard (semi-gloss) or a satin finish, it is our most versatile and widely used topcoat for heavy industrial applications.
HDC 100 provides a lightly textured finish that best used as a sealer-coat over any solid color, chip or seamless quartz system. HDC 100 is ideally suited for high-traffic applications such as warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and retail centers.
HDC 100 is a high-traffic urethane that is designed for heavy foot and vehicular traffic applications. It may be used as a finish coat over solid color, flake and quartz seamless floor coatings. It is available in a clear semi-gloss or satin finish. HDC 100 may also be pigmented using Resinwerks Universal Pigments. It is compatible as a topcoat over most Resinwerks applications.
Once mixed, HDC 100 is pan rolled in a consistent fashion and back-rolled for even coverage. Aggregates should be agitated frequently during the application to ensure an even finish.
