TopGolf, a leading sports entertainment company with over 100 global locations including 80 venues across North America, provides an innovative, technology-driven golf experience accessible to players of all skill levels. Their facilities face unique maintenance challenges, particularly in high-traffic entrance areas exposed to varying weather conditions.
The entry stairs at multiple facilities presented several critical challenges:

Need for versatile repair solutions across different locations
Requirement for minimal disruption to facility operations
Working with Resinwerks Master Installer, Preferred, LLC, TopGolf developed a comprehensive repair protocol for nationwide implementation. The solution needed to adapt to varying repair requirements and environmental conditions across different locations. For severely damaged sections, the team utilized a specialized BioCem™ Urethane Cement mortar formulated for vertical surface repairs. The restoration process incorporated multiple BioCem urethane cement systems to restore structural integrity, followed by UV-resistant Kinetic® pigmented polyaspartic coatings with integral aggregate broadcasts and a satin HDC 100 urethane finish coat.
